Run the Woodlands 5K

I went down to The Woodlands this morning and ran the twice-a-month Run the Woodlands 5K. I finished in 34:21 When I got home, I took a nap, mowed the yard and then went to the Seven Hills Running Club picnic.

About Me

Streaker: Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
