I ran the Southern Star Brewery 5K this morning in Conroe. I think I am the only runner who has run it all 7 times it has been held. I always have a lot of good friends there, so it is a fun time. Nearly 600 finishers. I finished in 49:38 and was 2nd of 3 in the 80 and over age group.
