90 degrees

It was 90 degrees this afternoon when I went out to run in the avenues.  Ran 3.3 hilly miles.

    That is a tough course. I can remember the anerobic days I spent laboring on those hills. I am planning on doing CB & I triathlon in the Woodlands Saturday. Goals have moderated over the years...just don't want to be last or miss the cut-offs. :) My bib # is 727
