Cool, clear and windy

With cool, clear and windy weather, it was a good day to run trails at the park.  I went out alone this afternoon and ran 4 miles on the trails.  I found a smart phone on the trail and turned it in to the office on the way out of the park.

    I could not handle such hi-tech devices. That's part of being in the 70 & over age group.
