Not a fun day

I am preparing for a Colonoscopy tomorrow morning, so today was not a fun day.  Excuse me, I will be back in a minute. - - - - - - Okay, I'm back.  However, I did manage to run laps at the track this afternoon and get in a quick workout at Nautilus.  With nothing but clear liquids all day, I am starving tonight.  I watched TV some, but all they had were food commercials.
