Nautilus and Trails

I worked out at Nautilus this evening and then ran 4.1 miles on the trails at the park. After I got home, I developed a bad ear ache. I must have run too fast and got too much air in my ear.

    I cleaned it out today and it feels better. Hopefully, there is no infection. Good to hear from you.
