Relatively cool in the middle of June means it is still hot, but not the worst. It looks like the light and scattered rain in the area cooled things off a tad.

Karen Husband and I ran 4.5 miles. The new park police officer visited us for a long time after our run. Of course, we offered him Kool Aid.
