The forecast was for rain all day. The rain was light late this morning, so I went to the park and ran 3.2 miles on the roads (without my defib vest).
I bet that felt good without that vest...your times are looking pretty good with all you have going on Ken...good job
It was the first time I ran without the heavy vest, but it did not seem much different. Guess I am getting use to it. Are you continuing your treatment?
