Tempted to get back on the trails

 I was tempted to get back on the trails at the state park this morning.  However, I still have stitches in my neck from the surgery last Wednesday.  So, I ran 3 miles on the park roads.

    Good job Ken. That is a lot of races for a year with the medical issues you have had. Well done.
